About Jonathan
Jonathan Passmore is a globally recognised, multi-award winning thought leader in organisation and people development.
He is a licensed psychologist, executive coach and supervisor, with five degrees plus qualifications in executive coaching, team development and supervision.
He has worked with leaders, teams and organisations in government, finance, technology and sports, helping them to reflect, gain fresh perspectives, acquire new insights and move forward.
Jonathan has held board level roles in the commercial, private and public sectors, including senior roles with global consulting firms PWC, IBM Business Consulting, OPM and as Senior Vice President at both CoachHub and EZRA-LHH. He has also been managing director for a UK psychology firm, non executive Chair for a sports and leisure company and was Inaugural Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology in 2021-22.
He has published widely over the past three decades on leadership, change and coaching. His work includes 45 books, 150 peer review journal articles and over 250 book chapters and professional practice articles, making him one of the most published coaching researchers in the world.

Jonathan is a global keynote speaker and conference panel member, contributing on the themes of leadership, change, AI, people development and business performance at conferences across the world.


Coaching
Jonathan offers executive coaching to executives, senior managers and non-profit leaders, as well as working with senior teams helping them think about performance and alignment.
