Jonathan Passmore – Coach
Jonathan is a respected coach with two decades of experience working in coaching and coach training.
His coaching clients have included executives, celebrates and national politicians, who have benefited from his challenging, confidential and knowledgable approach.
Jonathan’s coach training ranges from masterclasses for experienced coaches working in well known consulting companies to qualifications and organisational supervision, where he shares his psychological insights and experience to help others develop to their full potential.
Jonathan provides executive coaching on a 1-1 basis for leaders across the world. Each contract is unique, but can include assistance with:
- Career Planning
- New Job - First 100 days
- Managing periods of organisational change
- Psychometric assessment, feedback & personal development
- Managing psychological problems at work - such as anxiety, stress and depression
- Sounding board - to explore ideas and challenges at work
Jonathan provides a special rate for 1-1 coaching for those facing redundancy. This can be undertaken face to face or via the telephone in short but intensive sessions helping individuals manage their current situation, their emotions as well as help in preparing for a new role. The funding for this can be personal or can be part of a package provided by the organisation to support the employees transition.
Jonathan works as a supervisor for organisations who employ their own coaching pools. Each contract is unique, but can include assistance with:
