About Jonathan

Jonathan Passmore is a globally recognized psychologist, executive coach, and supervisor, ranked among the top 10 professional coaches worldwide.

He has helped numerous leaders in government, finance, technology, and sports to reflect, gain fresh perspectives, acquire new insights and move forward.

Jonathan has held board level roles in the commercial, private and public sectors, including senior roles with global consulting firms PWC, IBM Business Consulting, OPM and as Senior Vice President at both CoachHub and EZRA-LHH. He has also been managing director for a UK psychology firm, non executive Chair for a sports and leisure company and was Inaugural Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology in 2021-22.

He has published widely over the past three decades on leadership, change and coaching. His work includes 40 books, over 100 peer review journal articles and over 200 book chapters and professional practice articles, making him one of the most published coaching researchers in the world.

He now divides his time between his private coaching practice, Henley Business School and a global digital coaching company.

Coaching

Supervision

Jonathan provides a small number of supervisee appointments for internal coach communities and individual coaches, supporting them on their development journey. He uses a self-reflective model, while drawing on his experience of nearly 30 years as a coaching psychologist and consultant.
