What makes for a successful chemistry meeting?

Chemistry sessions are much talked about in coaching. But what are they? Why have them?And how should one manage them? In this chapter we explore the mystery of the chemistry or discovery session and offer some advice on how coaches can prepare for the session, how they can manage the session to best help their clients and how to use the session as a springboard into the main work of the coaching assignment.
