Sea Change: A career transition and redundancy workbook for those leaving the oil and gas industry

This self coaching career transition and redundancy workbook is aimed at helping those facing changes in employment in the oil and gas and related industries.We wrote this book because we were meeting growing numbers of people who were concerned about the threat of redundancy, were being made redundant or were wondering about a move to a different role in the oil and gas sector or beyond.Given our experience at Embrion in coaching, coach training and in personal development, we wanted to do something positive to help.The obvious plan was to write this book and to make it available as widely as possible.We are also run Free Career Transition Workshops to help those facing job change get the right advice and support if this is not available for them at their place of work, alongside our careers coaching service.
