Jonathan provides a special rate for 1-1 coaching for those facing redundancy. This can be undertaken face to face or via the telephone in short but intensive sessions helping individuals manage their current situation, their emotions as well as help in preparing for a new role. The funding for this can be personal or can be part of a package provided by the organisation to support the employees transition.
Jonathan works as a supervisor for organisations who employ their own coaching pools. Each contract is unique, but can include assistance with: 1-1 supervision Group Supervision CPD for coaches Emergency Support Psychological Support.
